How to change the forwarding address
- Go to My Services (login required).
- Click on your account number.
- Scroll down to 'Preferences' and click Change.
- Enter the new address and click Save. Your new address will be updated with our systems within 1 hour.
- Next, we will need a new proof of address document to match. Please scan it and upload it in the My Details section.
We will aim to verify your document within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays), we will also send you a confirmation email within this time.
IMPORTANT: If you also have a Registered Office Service with us and want to update the forwarding address, this must be completed separately via your Company Formation MadeSimple account under My Details (login required).
