How long will it take for me to receive my mail?

If you've set your mail option to 'post', all mail is dispatched from our offices within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) unless you have arranged with us for your mail to be forwarded weekly or monthly, scanned or collected.

When your mail leaves our offices, they are then forwarded 1st class (unless another option is specified) which will take 1-2 working days to receive. International residents will normally receive mail between 3-7 working days.

If you're on a 'Scan Only' plan, we'll normally scan and email your documents to you within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of receiving it.
