How does the telephone answering service work?

Choose the desired phone service and sign up (£50 phone deposit required)

Choose the telephone number prefix of either 0203, 0845 or 0333

You'll receive your unique telephone number within 48 hours

Whenever we receive a call, we will answer in your company name and take a message from your caller

You will receive the message straight away by email or SMS

Please note: With the Just Divert service, your calls are directed to a mobile or landline. With the Answer & Patch service, calls are patched through to your mobile or landline if you're available.
