How do I reactivate my lost services?

Please email our admin team cosec@madesimplegroup.com including your company name, account number and that you would like to reinstate your service. We will reactivate your account and confirm if there are any outstanding payments or expired/missing ID documents.

Please note, you may be required to make a payment for the current month. Your services will resume once the relevant payment is made or ID documents have been verified.
