Why has my service been terminated?

We may terminate your services if:

  • A valid proof of ID and address has not been received; or
  • If there is an outstanding payment that is overdue of 10 days or more.

It is important that all valid ID documents are delivered, and service payments are paid promptly to avoid disruption to your service. 

How do I reactivate my lost services?

Please email our admin team cosec@madesimplegroup.com including your company name, account number and that you would like to reinstate your service. Our admin team will reactivate your account and confirm if there are any outstanding payments or expired/missing ID documents.

Please note, you may be required to make a payment for the current month. Your services will resume once the relevant payment is made or ID documents have been verified.
