How much is my monthly payment / outstanding payment?

This depends on the type of package or service you have. We will normally send you an email containing all this information.
However, you can check how much your monthly payments via My Services (login required), click on your account number. You will also find this payment on your invoice.

To view any outstanding payments, go to My Payments > Outstanding Payments.
