How do I upgrade / downgrade my package?

If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your current package, please send your request to along with your company name, account number and the package you would like to either upgrade or downgrade. Our admin team will get back to you once the service has been added to your account.

The price of the package you downgrade or upgrade to will be reflected on your next payment due date.

IMPORTANT: All requests must be sent from the email address registered to your account, we cannot accept requests over the telephone for security reasons.
