Manage your PayPal details
For any changes to your PayPal account and the card linked to your PayPal, please log in to your Paypal account.Manage your direct debit
For any changes to your direct debit details, please log in to your GoCardless account.
Add a new card
You can add a new debit or credit card to your account simply by entering the new details. Please note - our system only allows one card on your account at a time.
- Go to Manage Card Details (login required). You can also get here from the 'My Payments' menu.
- Under 'Actions', click Edit.
- Enter the card details.
- Click the REGISTER NEW CARD DETAILS button.
You should see a message that your new card details are successfully stored.
Trouble adding a new card?
If you have no card details stored but want to add a new card, you will need to make a payment for your service first, then your card details will be stored. If you have problems with anything else, please contact customer support.
Remove a card
Deleting your card details will stop your recurring payments, please ensure you keep up to date with payments to prevent disruption to your service.
- Go to Manage Card Details (login required). You can also get here from the 'My Payments' menu.
- Under 'Actions', click Edit.
- On the left-hand side, click Delete Card.
- Next, you should see the Delete My Card page. Confirm you want to delete your card by ticking the checkbox.
- Click the DELETE CARD button.
Your card is now deleted.
